SSAIB Telecare Scheme - Service Providers Morning Seminar
SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board) is pleased to announce the launch of its Telecare Services Scheme; an audit scheme for providers of telecare services. The Telecare Services Scheme is available throughout the UK to all service providers. We would like to invite you to attend a seminar for providers and specifiers of telecare services at which we will provide full details of the scheme, its management and operation, give you the opportunity to meet the team and ask any questions you may have. The launch seminars will be held in two sessions a morning session for providers of telecare and an afternoon session for specifiers of telecare services at the following locations Edinburgh, Manchester, Hinckley, Wrexham, Exeter and Cardiff, exact dates and locations detailed below.

SSAIB Electronic Security Registered Firms Forums 2010
Completing the series of last years Regional Forums, SSAIB are holding a further series of events starting in March 2010 in Dundee. The highlight of the Forum will be a presentation by RISC Authority (formerly IPCRes) who will give details of the new insurers’ guidance document for the specifying of intruder alarm systems. This will cover RISK ASSSESSMENT and SYSTEM DESIGN.
This is a unique opportunity to listen direct to a major insurer and question him on their role in specifying electronic security systems. It will help you understand the insurers’ and brokers’ point of view and will assist you when you are selling alarm systems to your clients. Attendance at these forums creates the opportunity for you to meet with us, and give us your feedback and views on the types of service and support we provide. They are also a great opportunity to address any technical queries you may have. The 2010 Regional Forums will be sponsored by CSL DualCom and as sponsors they will both have technical staff on hand to discuss their new products and services.
